(no subject)
I'm not sure if it still qualifies as Hollandaise sauce per se, due to my little additions of tarragon vinegar and a touch of sherry, but my crab cakes benedict are friggin' amazing!!
Little did I know that it happened to be one of Pixie's favorite breakfasts... Yeah. She thinks I'm awesome.

In other news, the raised bed we're building is close to being finished. With only a couple hours of working light left after work, we get a little done each evening. It's looking good though! ...and my Pixie is SCARY with a power saw!! *rowr!*
