So if you need me, there you have it. I also cannot get into any AIM chats without invitation first. So if I don't drop by it is because I cannot. Not trying to be rude and antisocial! I am a jr. in the university and have a taxing job that demands my attention from time to time, but for the most part I'm pretty open. Saturdays are my off days and I do have some stuff like LARPing to do (I am a club officer... I have to be there) and may or may not disappear for a few hours then.
CHARACTER INFO
Character name: Natsu Dragnil
Fandom: Fairy Tail
Point in canon taken from: Chapter 127 - Right after Natsu and Gazille brought down Luxus, being very heavily bandaged.
Appearance: Well Natsu looks like a rather muscular teenage boy, but no one really knows how old he is (which is rather puzzling). He has pink/rose coloured hair that kind of spikes in every direction, and dark eyes. Usually he wears a black vest with yellow trim. Natsu also wears baggy white pants (much akin to something you’d see in early Arabian times). Sandals adorn his feet and a scale-skin scarf always hangs around his neck (white in colour).
Personality:
First of all, he is rather carefree. The guy is rather laid back, not caring too much if he gets paid the full amount for whatever tasks he takes on. Many times he doesn’t mind even receiving nothing for doing jobs. He likes making friends and has a good heart as well as a strong sense of family for all of the people in Fairy Tail (his guild). If one of them goes missing for their own reasons, he makes it his business and will personally go after them. He will always stand by his friends.
Natsu is also kind of a reckless guy. He runs headlong into any situation, no matter what the consequences are. Besides that, he doesn’t give up. Natsu could be beaten, bloodied, and have broken limbs and he will still keep going. Attribute it to stubbornness if you will, but he doesn’t like backing down. He also bickers and fights with people in his own guild often, wanting a good fight. Natsu likes to have a good fight, even more so if the person is stronger than him. He doesn’t like being looked down upon and kind of wants/needs to prove himself.
And on another note… Natsu likes eating fire. He can actually eat it to nourish his body and will often comment on how good the flame tastes. Natsu HATES transportation of any kind. It makes him sick.
History:
(Trying to do this in a way that is SPOILER friendly!)
Natsu is NOT a fire mage, much to the mistake of many. He is a fire-style dragon slayer mage. This magic was taught to him by the dragon, Igneel. Natsu was raised by Igneel, who taught him how to read, write, and many other things. One day, when Natsu still bore the appearance of a child, Ingeel up and left. Natsu was left to wander around on his own. The young mage decided to hunt down the dragon that raised him for all those years and eventually became a mage at the guild, Fairy Tail.
Several years later, Natsu meets a girl by the name of Lucy while still searching for Igneel. Mistaking an imposter as “Salamander” (a nick-name given to Natsu which he shares with Igneel), Lucy is tricked into going onboard a ship for slave trade. Natsu actually saves her in the end and introduces her to Fairy Tail. Later he had to hunt Lucy down and bring her back to Fairy Tail after an incident with her father pulls her away. He also aided Fairy Tail in full-scale war against the Phantom Lord guild, battling another Dragon-Slayer mage, Gazille (who eventually joins Fairy Tail).
He spent a lot of time doing various missions, each one dealing with the people closest to him: Grey, Lucy, and even Ezra. The one with Ezra was especially rough. During that battle, he ate some of the crystal, Aetherion, and his full potential is released. In the most recent arc, Natsu and the rest of Fairy Tail had to defend themselves and the city from Luxus, their guild master’s grandson. Luxus is abnormally strong, and Natsu had to team up with Gazille in order to take him down. The guild manages to save the town, though they are worse for wear. Natsu and Gazielle end up being the most injured from the battle, only Gazille being able to understand what Natsu is saying (yes… he was bandaged up that tightly).
