Hey,
I just wanted to thank you for the lovely dinner party.
What a long party it was: carving pumpkins, and learning Farci; cooking Gormet Sabzi and Fessenjoun and dancing to Gogel Bordello; visiting the planetarium and cuddling on the grassy hills on campus. Can't we just remember those good times and savor how good our hearts were, how simple our desires were, how easily laughed.
Let's not ruin the sweetness by making it bitter. Let's not sour our meal by overzealously zesting the the lemons.
Let's not ruin our dinner by talking too much or running on our full-stomachs.
You cooked something delicious and now the meal is over; it's time for me to go home. So, thank you for the lovely meal. It really was amazing.
Yours truly,
Karyn
