Bleh.
Stayed home sick today with some sort of cold virus dad gave me a couple days ago. Totally sucks-- but, I got to read pretty much through Grendel, do art homework (which Fitz will NOT approve of, because I'm totally slacking on it, but big freaking deal, as if I won't get an A...), study PreCal for the test we had today (which I still have yet to do), AND I got to skip the whole "Dress Up Day" for senior week- very cool. I did SO not want to go to school in a prom gown, even if it IS maroon. And I got to watch the second act of Oklahoma on TV last night.
Besides, I'm recouperating.
Things have been good, despite this sudden illness. Brooke and The Chi came over yesterday, and there was much discussion about Halloween, which I'm STILL not sure of The Plan. All I know is that yes, I have to be home by 9 PM, no I can not go get drunk in the woods, and yes, my parents MUST drive me over to Pine Beach to Kaitlyn's aunt's house. Ahhh the strictness of it all. And yes, I must go to school the next day. And no, I won't be able to keep all of the candy we get from ToTing, but that's nothing new.
I am so coooldddd... Which is probably NOT helping my situation.
Karate tonight, hopefully I can go. Can I cure myself by 7:45? I hope so, Anthony said he'd be there. Soup don't fail me now...
