Meet MOPPE (or making my idol proud)
Recently I someone at Pinkmelon mentioned that they store their nail polish in MOPPE. As I didn't know what a "Moppe" is, I googled the term and it turns out that MOPPE is from IKEA and comes in different sizes. As I've got quite some tiny things stored here and there all over the bed room (including nail polish, hand cream and mascara) I thought that's the perfect solution.
So I went to IKEA and bought the little fellow (in the biggest size, okay...). It's 48 x 32 cm.
This is "virgin" MOPPE.
This picture is just for comparison. It's really not that big, but big enough.
First I painted it all white and then used the decoupage technique. The napkins I've used are from IKEA too.
I'm quite o.O now that you see the difference "napkin - no napkin and only white" in the picture, because you can't see it in reality ^^;
And then I went overboard with the sparkly stuff ^^;;;;
It's quite far from perfect, but okay for me. It's not a present after all ;-)
