Food and Kanji
Work today was... slow..............
Uhm, apart from that, as yesterday was the International Women's Day, today there were two women standing at the main entrance to the office area I work in. Every woman got a flyer and a cookie.
Upon closer inspection (= reading the flyer) I found out that they were from the "IG Metall" (Industrial Union of Metalworkers), my most "favourite" union, because even if times are tough, they go on strike for a higher salary -.-;;;;;;;;;; At least the cookie tasted okay.
Mel cooked a very nice lunch yesterday. Including a VERY CUTE dessert ^^
Fried shrimp (not for me), miso soup, fish (didn't eat those either), cut-out carrots, soba, spring rolls, dessert, egg roll + fried mushrooms, mushrooms + chicken teriyaki.
And the close-up of the dessert. Please pay attention to the little hearts and the turtles ^^;;;
As we had some left-overs, I turned those into bento for today ^^
And then I started learning with the kanji trainer again. I'm planning to take screenshots every Monday evening to keep track of how much I've increased (or not). Level 3 still needs lots of improvement. Level 4 I'm only doing to make the stats look better ^^;;;;
