I found this hotel and tried to make a reservation. Keyword: TRIED

Because somehow it says I'm not allowed to access that site -.-;;;;;;; (I can fill in the form for the reservation, but as soon as I hit the "send reservation" button, it says "NO, NO" -.-;;; )
They did not reply to mail from a few days ago either. I do have a reservation at another hotel already, but that one would be slightly more convenient...
Am I only able to reserve a room there when I'm inside of Japan or what -.-
