Dream Boys

Went to see the musical again today. As most of you will know, Kame hurt himself on Thursday. From the reports it didn't sound that good, but I wanted to see it with my own eyes - partly because I hoped that maybe the reports were exaggerating.

Our seats were aisle seats (we changed after the break) and as we found out very soon, those seats were ABSOLUTELY next to the place where they hooked up the people who were supposed to fly ^___^

Before the break I paid quite some attention to Kame and it looked alright. Couldn't see anything out of place ^^
Totsuka Shota and his naked back right next to me were distracting me for a moment though ^^;;; I could have touched his back and caressed him - if I had wanted to molest him ^^;;;

After the break was the scene where Kame runs on the wall for a few minutes. There are belts around his hips to hold his weight, so of course this puts an enormous pressure on his hips.
In all the scenes after that he was limping, had problems to walk down the stairs and after one flying scene - when he is in "heaven" with Koki - he must have felt immense pain. His hand was on his hip for long moments ;_;

It didn't get better much by the end of the play - and then there was Seishun Amigo. Personally I thought that it will be impossible to deliver a good performance with the pain he was in and from how he had problems with walking normally.
And then Kame came and danced and it was WOW. I have no idea how he did it, but it was GOOD. REALLY, REALLY GOOD. At least I couldn't spot any difference from the normal performance.

Kamenashi Kazuya, I bow to you m(_ _)m

He deserved so much more applause than what he got! Feeling such an immense pain and still performing like that - whatever bad things people want to say about him, they can go and shut up. This is just my opinion, but how can you not admire someone who puts such an effort into his work, even though he is badly hurt and even manages at times to not to show that he is injured.

Well, basically I wanted to hug him throughout the whole second half of the play, make him sit down and put ice on his hips. And hug him again. And again.
You know I'm not the number one Kamenashi-fan, but I respect him soooo much, and since today it's SOOOOOOO much.

Kame, please get better soon ;_;

Ah, and even if he stands only one metre in front of you, he still looks normal - like on TV ^^;;; No difference at all.
(And Totsuka Shota has a very nice back, really)

Ah 2: Koki and Kame are still shipping Kame x Koki. Today at the end Koki made a "kiss-me-face" at Kame and then we got a Takarazuka-kiss, covered by Koki's basecap. (I'm telling you, one day that will go wrong and they WILL actually kiss each other *ggg* I'd so love to see their reactions *ggg*)

Ah 3: The scene in heaven seems to be the ad-lib scene at it was quite different from last time. So I guess that's the moment where they come up with every joke that comes to their mind. Even including the money, that rained down a bit too late today ^^;;;

No special guest at the lunch performance.

musicals, je
