Karate commands in Japanese

For all of those people who know Japanese on my LJ list...

In karate, when I give commands to students doing techniques, or "Calling basics", I'm wondering how I would properly say something like:

"Left side forward, front leaning stance, low block. Begin!"

So far, it's ended up being:

"Left side forward, zenkutsu-dachi, gaiden barai. Hajime!"

I need a translation for "left side forward". "Right side forward" would be awesome too, as well as a command for, "Coming forward", and "Going backward". Finally, it would be nice to know how to say, "Switch sides" (meaning, change from left side to right side, or vice versa).

I believe I can say, "Mawatte" for "Turn around".

Why do I want to know this? It's really just for interest's sake, but also because it's great to confuse people in karate class, and if I'm going to try to speak Japanese, I want to know that I'm doing it properly (or at least mostly-properly).

For those who care, I'm doing Goju-Ryu karate with CMAC.
