1) Called repair centre on Sept 2.
2) Microsoft sent a box and it arrived on Sept 12th.
3) Purolator re-delivered the box on the 13th.
4) I put the XBox in the box, and sent it out on the same day.
5) MIcrosoft's Repair Centre received the box on the 21st.
6) Halo 3 comes out on September 25th.
7) I called today (26th) and they have it in their possession, but don't have it ready to be shipped yet. The call centre person told me to check back next week.
However, since I'm in Canada, they're going to send me a different console, and not the same one, repaired.
