I am sitting here very tired and wondering why. Then I realize that this week I spent the week thinking at work. I really upped my linux/unix/Xwindows/ftp/ssh skills, learned a new computer program that assembles whole genomes/transcripomes and compares them to others, analyzed the resultant data in many different forms, decided what other analysis needed to be done, and set up the files for them, moving select parts of huge text files into other files and formatting them correctly to re-input them in the program. So a week of sitting on my butt was much more tiring then just sitting around. It was very interesting.
