Blogging from my porch, watching the rain . . .
The tree out front smells very nice, and is full of pink flowers, the rain off the neighbors roof is loud, but somehow rhythmic. It smells fresh, the breeze is cool, not cold, the street, quiet.
The Ithaca plant sale is May 16th, walking distance from here. I think I am going to get a few potted plants for down the middle of the stairs, between the walkway for each side of the duplex. They should get sun, and rain. And some shade loving plants for my porch. I should look up shade loving roses, if there is such a thing.
