Decisions, decisions...
So, after griping about not being able to find an apartment, it turns out I might have found one. Now I'm just not sure if I want it. It has some things going for it- its in the area I want (very important), its not far from the subway or my gym, its not an insanely high walk-up, its very quiet as its on a dead end street (but the street is still pretty), and the roommate will hardly ever be home as he works full time and goes to law school at night (go him). The bedroom is fair sized as is the closet. The downside is that there's not alot of light and the only window in the bedroom looks out on to an airshaft. Yippee. And the living room is a bit cramped. But, with a little paint and a lamp or two I think it could work. The price is right too, which is always a good thing. I know people will say "Don't settle", but I've looked at about 15 apartments so far and this is the first one that I've been offered and I'm tired of looking, and its not that bad. I could live there for a year and be happy I think. I need a freaking crystal ball to tell me what the future holds and what I should do. If you have one of those hanging around, send it my way.
