Summary: In which language barriers keep Dee from perversion.

It wasn't Ryo's idea. He's heard of anime, but where would he have seen any? But one day he comes home, and there's Dee with a video, and popcorn, and beer...and somehow he winds up saying yes.
After about fifteen minutes of car races with subtitles, Dee says thoughtfully,,"This wasn't exactly what I was expecting."
"What were you expecting?" Ryo asks, despite himself.
"I don't know. Something else. Involving tentacles, maybe."
Ryo imagines tentacles. Why would Dee even rent a film with tentacles? Neither of them are much for horror. But then he looks up, and catches the familiar little leer on Dee's face, and says firmly, "Never mind. I don't want to know." And turns his attention back to the racecars. Much safer.
