Just watching The Restaurant in which the contestants each need to cater for a group of 50 people each in marquees at Blenheim Palace. One of the chefs only brought one frying pan and has to cook 50 steaks. In one pan. Ed and I were struggling to cook 50 chicken breasts in three pans at that famous Changeling National where the potatoes wouldn't boil for an hour and then everything was suddenly ready at the right time. Clearly, the Restaurant people could have done with at least one Boggan. ;o)
But, having been there, sort of (my job wasn't on the line, for example), I don't envy them one bit.
