I know I need to keep cool about Dave's return, and initially I wanted to stay away from spoilers... But my finger clicked the link instantly, and I screamed little a little girl when I saw the picture.

1) This confirms what Iqbal said on twitter... And we'll see Dave at home, so it can't be a "chance encounter that last 15 seconds" plot again.
2) I'll try to not freak out at the second spoiler... But it's hard.

Me too, the hospital thing is a little worrying. Just try to focus on the positive - Max is back, and was on set yesterday *everything crossed for kurtofsky funtimes*

I'm just hoping - at the very least - for Karofsky somewhat-happy-times. But I'd sacrifice a goat1 for Kurtofsky funtimes.

I can't help but be a little concerned about the fact that he has a scene in a hospital, but I'm optimistic in general about his storyline and ecstatic over his confirmed appearance and the appearance of his room! :D Since apparently the episode he is appearing in is the Regionals episode, I would like to hope that this could mean that he's a member of the other glee club ND will be competing against and that we'll finally get to hear him sing or even better, that ND needs another member (for whatever reason) and David agrees to help out. ;)

I think that his dad is a doctor and and when Kurt goes to visit Blaine at the hospital he will meet up with Paul there. That makes the most since to me.

I agree that that makes sense, but would Blaine still be in the hospital at that point? It's a whole two episodes away. I suppose if Blaine goes in for a checkup for his eye, that could be possible.

I'm a bit happy that his name appears on the Aural Intensity set list singing "Hallelujah." Finally. Hope it's not a bad rumour.

OMG Dave singing Hallelujah! It was never on my list of songs he should sing, but I don't know why because it's one of my all time favorites and it's absolutely perfect for David! I think I might start sobbing when I watch this episode.
