Summary: Written for the great influx of Glee/Harry Potter crossover on Tumblr. A new set of First Year students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry get their first taste of life at their new home: the Sorting Ceremony.
The first years huddled together in the Entrance Hall, as if trying to gain some kind of substance in such a massive space. Bieste had taken them from the train to the little boats to cross the river. Most of them had known Hogwarts was a castle, especially the ones from pure-blood families. A handsome young boy named Jesse St. James was chatting up Lucy Fabray about the history of the school as if he owned it.
