Oh, heck - I wouldn't give up just yet.

That's a really old interview - I saw parts of this weeks ago and he didn't say anything definitive about us NOT getting our dream.

But why would that make 'the dream collapse'? Wouldn't reading our fanfics clue him in to what it is we fans want to see?

Because it seems more often than not they do the opposite of what the fans really want. Ryan is pretty selective when it comes to "fan service."

LOL, I'm just commenting on the fact that the writers read fic, which I find kind of strange, especially if they aren't doing it for the lulz (though in all honesty, I've found the fic for Glee to largely be better than the actual show, so...).
