So, although my OTP is still (as of now) Kurt/Blaine, I have become increasingly intrigued by Kurt/Karofsky slash, due to two reasons:

1. Max Adler is gorgeous and stunning and kind of irresistibly hot.
2. brittanyksduh ships it. (If you don't know who she is, she's kind of a big deal in the Kirk/Spock world, from whence I came.)

god, it has to be my favorite Kurotfsky fic. It's funny, vulnerable, sad, happy everthing. God. I gush at every chapter. 's just deep man. And Azimio. You'll love Azimio there.

I very much recommend The KIMS, they are brilliant.

Not to toot my own horn (what mam I talking about, of course I am), but I have had a few reviewers say that my fic Cry for Deliverance http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6501121/1/Cry_for_Deliverance and it's sequel The Rose and Pearl http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6538450/1/The_Rose_and_Pearl actually converted them to Karofsky shippers.

This. But actually what convert me was your "Slowly but surely, an Earning It Interlude". Still my greatest early Kurtofsky fic I've ever read. No lie.

Do you mind if it's a future fic?
Because there is only one author I can think of that can fill both of your requirements as she has written great Kurtofsky and good Max/Chris recs
On Fanfic.net look up Dreaming-Of-A-Nightmare and the one I'm thinking of is called Loathing
you could also look at La Vie Boheme

and of course she has good Max/Chris Recs
