Gotta love Xavier....
The Father/Daughter Dance was fun last night. My dad doesn't care for suits, so he wore a light dinner jacket that happened to be made out of hemp. Which fit with his afro. And he doesn't like cut flowers, so instead of getting me a corsage (which I didn't really want anyway), he bought me a really pretty cactus plant. It was so sweet!
The Mother/Daughter retreat was just weird. I guess it had potential, but it was an ok mass with a financial talk that I didn't really see the point of. But whatever.
We moved Billy to his new stable yesterday, and he was awesome. He only took about 20 minutes to load into the trailer and was sane once we got there and seemed to settle right in. So I am incredibly proud of my pfeffernuss!!! Although I do need to get up in the morning and go unblanket and feed him, which means getting up too early. So goodnight.
