A pathetic story of my day
So I woke up yesterday morning feeling sick, but I went to school anyway. Thinks went ok until we had a DBQ in Euro and I apologized to Sr. Joanie for my horrible essay. Then I walked to Ahern's class and got a chill on the way. I sat there shivering for 30 minutes until I finally went to the nurse.
I hobbled around the stable and slept in my car while Billy was turned out. Then I was going to drive to Judo, but halfway there I felt like I was going to throw up. I pulled off onto a side road and stood by the car until I started shaking and tingling. (It scared the shit out of me.) So I called Patrick, who lives relatively close to where I was. He came and picked me up, drove me home, and then drove my mom the six miles back to where my car was parked so she could drive it home.
Needless to say, Patrick is pretty much my hero, especially since he ended up missing most of Judo.
So I have been miserably languishing around my house all day, watching Love Actually, which Mrs. Sifferman fortuitously lent to me yesterday when I stopped by their house to borrow Tessa's book (thank you Tessa!)
I don't like being sick. *le sniff* :-(
