Since it's been a while....
So..... haven't updated this beast in a while. I've just been SOOOO busy, lol. NOT! I've actually had quite a bit of free time lately, now that work is over. I like being able to come home and just relax, although I do miss being down at Woody's, making ice cream and getting paid. Meh... it's quite the conundrum, let me tell you.
Scrooge is tongith and tomorrow. I'd say when, but anyone who reads this already knows when. I'm excited... I know all of my lines (for once), and it's just going to be a good show. I was starting to get sick of going to rehearsals, so I'm REALLY glad that it's time for the productions. Then it's all quiet until January. Grrrr... not a huge fan of doing Cinderella for the Spring show. I dunno... I just hope I get the funny part, becuase if I don't, then it's just a waste of my time. I love being the ladies' man in every single show. Heck yes.
I am sooo happy, cause I finally started to read a book for fun. God, it had been a while. I love reading, and when I don't read for a while, I feel like I'm becoming stupider (or more stupid?... see what I mean). Anyways, I'm reading "Ender's Game", by Orson Scott Card. It's baout this future Earth, where they need an army to fight off these aliens. They decide that children would make the best warriors, because they can teach them new thigns easier, and they are more agile and better problem solvers than adults. They take these kids and fly them up into space, and then make them fight each other in zero-gravity. I know it kind of sounds corny, but it's awesome. Not yet up there with George Orwell's "1984" (my favorite book ever), but it's still really good.
I'm supposed to be cleaning right now, for when my cousins come over today before the play. Yeah.... not happening right now. It's not that I'm against cleaning or anything. I just needed a break.
