Two weeks to go. Not two weeks and x days-- two weeks.
Not as terribly much to do as I usually had at this point in undergrad, but for some reason, I feel like I have a lot less time to do it. Probably because I spend two hours getting ready to commute/commuting every day, and while I can read on the train, that's only some of the time. Blech.
To do:
- 1 p. response to Death on the Installment Plan
- 2-3 p. critique of my writing for fiction
- respond to 2 fiction manuscripts
- group mini-presentation on grammar
- read last two pieces of theory for freshman writing
- read End of Alice
- 1 p. response to End of Alice
- 15 p. paper on Flaubert's Parrot (note-- this book is amazing. Fast read. Highly recommend to anybody, especially you, Catherine)
- Final revision to Assignment Sequences
- 5-7 p. analysis of my co-teaching experience
- 3-4 p. paper on teaching philosophy
- Course syllabus and outline for WP101
- Course proposal for WP 121
Thanks to all who listened to me bitch about the 15 p. paper yesterday. I'd gone to see my professor, who complained about my approach to the assignment (mind you, the assignment's changed repeatedly over the past few weeks, so there really isn't any set way we're supposed to do this). After freaking out a bit, I'm back to going through my paper to revise the things related to what he said, and *crosses fingers* maybe finishing up a draft before the weekend so I can get started on some of that other stuff. Well, everything that's before the paper on the list has to be done for next week, so I guess I'll get all that done somehow, but the other stuff for Freshman Writing seems pretty bitch-tacular.
Okay. Done being anal retentive.
Yay WLP Prom on Saturday night!
