Dora the Explorer

A show that has come back to my attention, Dora the Explorer, has to be one of the strangest/creepiest things around. While flying on WestJet over the holidays, I watched an episode of it, and there isn't anything creepier than several animated characters, simply standing on screen, staring out at you. That moment, the few seconds after they've asked the audience a question, and they just stand in silence, staring, is quite frightening. I don't know if it's just the more than blatant breaking with the usual rules regarding the gaze or what, but it has an extraordinarily strange effect that is worth investigating.
The new government will be quite a curiousity.
Also, a locale has been discovered for my next film, I decided to bail out on my plan to stop shaving for a while, and I've discovered that Legend has the greatest death scene ever.
