Men In Black
You know what I find to be the most ridiculous part of Men In Black? That Will Smith ends up getting hired, despite sucking at all the tests and actually shooting a little girl in the head, because Tommy Lee Jones says he can run fast. Everything else they can find an explanation for, but that's the best they can come up with for hiring Will Smith instead of one of the military guys. Maybe one of the tests should have been the 100 meter dash if being able to run fast is so damn important in being an intergalactic police officer. I mean come on.
