It showed me a picture I took that I don't think livejournal has ever had access to and I don't think is in my browser cache as it's really old.

you also can freak people looking at your LJ out by posting this code in your LJ but without the *

apparently the images come from your computer's stored cache, or something

oh, if you could explain how this code works that would be cool - cause i have no idea it can work - how a IMG tag directed at the livejournal.com domain gets to display a image from the computer thats reading the message
