So we got the counter offer...and it sounds good to us. They are paying closing costs and inspection..and we're getting the house a bit cheaper than what they were asking. So........ WE CLOSE MARCH 14!!!!.. I was told that its a pretty definite thing...and that i was allowed to get my hopes up now...Hopefully thats true :)
