Holiday Wishlist 2009
Wooo! I'm so excited about these wishlists..
Hoping to be able to reciprocate!
The Rules :
Step One
- Make a post (public, friends locked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes.
Step Two
- Surf around your friendslist (or friends friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf, to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not, it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
1. Some holiday drinks and/or drink recipes!! (Teas, Cider Mix, Coffee, anything!)
2. The Glee Season 1 Soundtrack!! Vol 1 & Vol 2 - My new favorite show, possibly ever??
3. Amazon Gift Certificates! or check out my Amazon Wishlist!! I have some stuff around the house I need to replace and have been a bit strapped lately.
4. Delicious and Simple holiday dessert recipes!
5. Some Pens or Markers that I can use for my sketches.
6. Journals, notebooks or sketchbooks. It's always nice to be able to carry a notebook or journal around to keep track of my thoughts!
7. Step by step guide on how to create my own layout! :)
8. iTunes Gift Certificate. Some new music for my iPod is always a pleasure.
9. Please start commenting on my FanArt!! Hahaha. Thought I would put it out into the universe. A HUGE thank-you to enchanted_jae & okydoky for leaving some feedback!
10. Pat yourselves on the back for brightening someone's day in the LJ community. :)
