You know, I meant to do some time on a treadmill this week... haha. The small amount of time I have spent on a treadmill has informed me that I'm not attempting that again without something for my right knee. My sister and I have the same knee problems, who knew? (ah, genetics, you sly dog)

So, today:
Stretches
Skipped my core stuff. Not so much skipped as forgot. Gotta work on that
3 circuits of weights. The abductor/adductor machine is evil.
1 hr 5 minutes on a bike. I started at resistance 4 and ramped my way up to either 10 or 11 by the end of the hour. Wasn't going particularly hard (did something like 10.5 miles), but I got in some reading and fun music.

On another note, I may actually have someone to go swimming with! That'll be super fun.
