So this is what has been up!
I have heartburn at the moment, so I am not sure how long this journal entry can afford to be. Ugh.. I need some pepcid AC or something. No idea what gave me the heart burn, but this is crappy. Anyway, enough of my griping about my heartburn and on to better things. I have been slightly active lately, I guess. More so than usual, though. Last week sometime, I took Terri Anne out for a Birthday lunch. We went to Copeland's cheesecake bistro and got the chicken and alvacado sandwiches. They were really good! Last friday, we went to see Dukes of Hazzard with Amy and some of her friends! I didn't think I was going to like it, but surprisingly, I thought it was quite hilarious. It was stupid in the humor sense, but that's generally a good thing! Saturday, we went to pick up my cousin Brittni from Slidell and went to New Orleans to get this huge tv that my aunt and uncle let my mom and dad have! It's 48 inches and totally awesome! It's in the living room. While my cousin was here, I was having to keep her company. She was asking me some weird questions.. like how to tell if a "boy" likes you. Hell, I am 21 years old, and I've never experienced a true relationship.. how in the hell am I supposed to know? I mean, I can estimate with some clues, but eh. Then, she asked me what to do if a "boy" asked her to have sex! GEEZ.. other than that, she was alright and we entertained ourselves. I got the chance to see Eric on Monday! Yay! It had been a while and it is ALWAYS good to hang out with my best buddy! It is quite unfortunate that we don't get to hang out a whole lot because we have SO much in common and everything! I guess the situation would be different if I had a way to get to and fro, but unfortunately, I don't! Oh well, sometimes I believe that the fact that we are not able to see each other as much makes us stronger in a bond sense. (If that's possible.. I don't think a bond can get much stronger!!) I love Eric and he knows it.. he's my bestest friend ever.. okay, so let's see.. not much since Monday.. I've just been sitting around the house these past few days! Hopefully, I'll get the chance to go to the mall tomorrow and look around Hallmark for some things.. I'm a Hallmark freak, and can't help buying things from there when I enter.. It's like an addiction.. kind of like chocolate, you know? I can't say what I have in mind to get at Hallmark though, because a certain someone might read this journal because I have it posted on my facebook profile! So, that's going to remain a secret.. (and i'm sure everyone knows the someone I'm talking about.. tehehehe)
Let's see.. Monday (the 15th) I move my stuff into the new dorm room and my future home for the next two semesters.. OMG, I cannot wait! I'm so ready to get away from the dry and dull routine at home. I'll come back and post how my day was moving in when that is accomplished... so expect a new entry then! Saturday (the 20th) I'm moving in!! OH MY GOSH YAY! Sunday (the 21st) more than likely, I'll be preparing Amy for the first day and reassuring her.. Monday (the 22nd) first day of class!! Get accquainted with a whole new school year and everything! Can't wait! (of course I'll post sometime after class!) Tuesday (the 23rd) is the LIFEHOUSE show with Eric!! OH MY GOD.. I'm probably going to cry like a wailing baby.. but I don't care.. that night is going to mean the world to me!! Ack.. (DEF expect a post the day after sometime!!) Well, that's my schedule for the next few weeks, and I have posted what days to expect posts, so keep checking back!!! Bye bye for now!!
