Here's something I have thought about for a while. A few days ago I sorted text files on my computer, looking for stories and story ideas I had written down. I reread a few of them and remembered my thoughts and feelings when I wrote them. Some are bad, some don't work, some are good. Not great, not very good, but good or at least interesting.
Through the years I've changed computers for various reasons, because the old one was broken or because I upgraded to a newer model. I guess I lost a few stories and ideas with each change.
Now my question is: What should I do? Publish the good stories I found recently, even though I know they aren't great or discard them and work on something new and better?
I'm interested in your opinions.
