Job #4??
I have now been contacted by an old client that I worked with at my last design job. My old coworker contacted him and said that I would be willing to "talk". He sounded excited about the prospect and has asked for me to send my resume asap so he can give it to the architectural firm and say "Hire her!"
Its actually the perfect job (on paper) working as a project manager for a past client that I know all about inside and out. Working with a furniture system that I know inside and out. Working with a program that I know inside and out.
They need someone to start asap. So...could it be possible that I do have 4 jobs in one year? Yes...anything is possible. It has certainly been a year of change and upheaval and finding out more about myself then I ever thought possible. It has also been a year of struggle, and emmense happiness. I am comfortable with the choices I have made, and with the chances I have taken.
I find that I am not scared of very much. Right now the only thing I am scared of is not paying my mortgage.
More on the up and up...My friends DID end up selling their townhouse, and spent this weekend looking at new houses that they can hopefully move into before the new year. Looks like I will be spending some time helping friends move. They came over for dinner on Sunday and we had a blast. They really liked John too...which I have to say, is easy to do.
