(no subject)
+ok so i saw "invisible children" on friday with my church. seriously, if you haven't seen it see it! it's just completely incomprehendable [is that a word...? seriously drawing a blank here] to me that something like this exists on one side of the world and on the other side i'm moping around because i don't get to see death cab for cutie play. it's just....stupid! when it comes down to it! i'm sure a bunch of you have heard about what's going on on saturday [seeing as most of you who read this were there on friday] but i'm going to write it down just in case you haven't heard. my understanding is that we are meeting at the leg and then walking to the u of m and sleeping outside in order to try and understand what these kids go through every.single.night! i think it's something we should all consider. it doesn't cost anything and we can all walk. sure it's a long walk but i'm sure we all have amazing walking shoes anyways! i signed up yesterday so i need at least ONE person to committ and come with me! PLEASE?! perspective...it's amazing to me how often i have to change mine!
