Expenses.
Okay so because I'm such a list oriented person. I thought I'd share some of my lists with you, so you could see how much I'm going to be spending.
For this weekend... My approximation for total expenses will be $500.
Just for those of you who don't know, I'm going to a freestyle rollerblading tournament up in Boston, MA. (I get to do some sight seeing too.)
Here's the break down of the expenses for the weekend.
- Trip to Boston = $95
- Trip back is $115 = $115
- Taxis and what not = $50
- Food = $100 (at least)
- Single Room and Bed = $144
Total for this weekend = $504
If my friend can make it then we're going to split the cost of room so it'll be like $75 each.
Things I'm saving up for:
Otakon pre-reg is $55. pre-reg after wed (6/17) is $65
Zombie Loan Cosplay = $75
Room and Board = (Approximating) $300
Approximate Total: $475
Twister II by Rollerblade = $150 including tax and shipping approx.
New Wheels for the old blades = $40
Other Cosplays that are on hold.
Kazu
- wig = $30
- jacket
- sweater
- blue contacts [?] $20
Approximation = $90
Zoro
- set = $60
- cost of material for swords [Fixing and Dressing up some plywood?]
Approximation = $80
So yeah. Basically all those extra days I picked up are going down the drain, but it's better than filling my closet with more clothes. The more clothes I have... the more I seem to procrastinate doing laundry it seems.
