So today has been better :) I have got over my grump (mostly) With sleeping a lot of the day (I work nights) I have not got all my water in at all but I have had some juice and tea and I will of course have some more as the evening goes on, I am not going to try cram all that water in when I will be up all night peeing!
so I got up after 2 and arranged a walk with my best friend, even though it was raining she said she would come with me, what a gal!
We walked an hour and I stopped off at the supermarket for a couple of things and of course forgot sugar, so I am going to walk back down and get it, even though I will be there tomorrow I am just going to get in another walk.
so today, I have had a bowl of cereal and milk
a cinnamon bagel and a banana, a nice big bowl of chicken and rice soup and two nimble bread sandwiches with thin sliced ham. I still have 5 points if I feel the need to have some supper and I will allow a banana or a ww bar for that.
on to tomorrow!
