breath is life, and life is breath

and that's all that it is. i cannot see myself in any other state or mind this is how i am, and who i am.. and i am glad. who cares. i don't know what is happening and what is going on but i will make my peace. and i have emotion and it is so strange. i wonder if my heart is thawing, that would take some time though. i am so excited to be in this fog, i can't wait for the dawn.
