rhubarb pie tarts!



STEP 1: mini tart cups with pie crust, fill with rhubarb custard mix, bake.



STEP 2: add a tiny teaspoon of meringue to the tops of tart cups, peak.



STEP 3: bake until peaks are brown. yum!

and yes, they decreased by one each step. :)

(actually, not really. just ended up not wanting to move them that much without the the tins, before they were done cooking. or something like that.)

I want to make more now! but I think I need to buy more tart tins, 12 isn't enough. but I didn't want to buy more than that until I knew that the tarts would turn out.
