Today on my morning run at memorial park I saw some crazy-ass people. Not that there aren't any crazy people out at 5:40 in the morning (trust me there are), but today there was more of them-and on today they were especially crazy. There were these people running around the park carrying these especially huge medicine balls. Those things looked heavy, very heavy. They were at least two feet in diameter, and these guys were carrying them over one of their shoulders with one arm. Then as if that wasn't weird enough, I saw this group of about ten people. They were divided into two groups of five. Each group was carrying a really long log-like weight over their shoulders. These people were obviously a part of some kind of boot camp training thing- but I have to admit I have a sense of admiration for them. So there it is. I admire crazies.
