yay!
Right after my last entry, Kristi and i went for a walk and i cried a lot about random shit (haha seriously) and then when i got back to the common room, the ENTIRE company was in our suite to throw me a big surprise birthday party. talk about holy shit. apparently they had waited for like an hour too cuz i stayed out crying to kristi for so long....hahaha it was awesome tho...i had so much fun once i got there and i realized that i'm really lucky to be here with these people who were caring enough to throw me a huge party when they'd only known me for a few weeks! Seriously, my roommate is so awesome. she organized the entire thing in ONE DAY when she found out that we wouldn't be able to go to the city! everyone helped...and there was a blue's clues cake and everything! ha, good times...thank you soo much to everyone who came. you're incredible and i had SO MUCH FUN...so then i ditched and talked to john and kelley for a while (thanks for calling guys!!!! i miss you and special needs camp so much!!). i really needed it too - i dunno how i got so stressed on my birthday, but it happened, and it was nice to talk to both of them. :) by the time i went to bed at like 3...it was def all good. :)
So the day today was like 59038509823957 times better than the day yesterday! i did have to work at the shop til 4 and we did get stranded there (my boss is such a jerk), but that was ok because laura and i kept eachother company and i was in a good mood by the end somehow...THEN, i got home (a nice lady gave us a ride haha) to 2 packages!!!!! :-D i have the nicest suitemate in the world and she went to tilghman just to get them for me! (thanks chrissie! you're the best!) one was from the rents (lots and lots of food, gum, new contacts, and $100!!!) and one from igor and bex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and sort of from john too....but not really...he cheated) it had the RANDOMEST, most awesome stuff in it...and cookies. and the best cards ever!! i opened it with my roommate and realized once again how much i love and miss my friends at home! i was so surprised to get a package with a return address for "boo and boo"...that def made my day. :-D
now i have to go shower because i'm still coated in a layer of dirt and grime...in all my excitement to have presents from my parents and the best friends ever, i sort of forgot that i smell like ass. :)
