It's pretty late and I'm pretty tired, but nothing much has changed so I probably don't have a lot to write about. I'm still plugging away at work, doing surprisingly little for the wage I get and mourning the waste of time the whole ordeal is. I've applied for dozens of assistant psychology posts through the NHS recruitment website, but so far nothing. I even phoned a clinical psychologist listed as the informal point of contact for one position, but she sounded a bit annoyed and even more bemused, said she'd return my call and that was some days ago.
Speaking of annoyed, I sold some old computer hardware via eBay and the buyer's sent me an email saying that the video card overheats and that they want a refund. It's fifty quid, but I suppose that's not a big deal. I can either re-list it or just pass it on to someone as charity. Bloody eBayers, and bloody conscience not letting me just tell him that it was sold as seen.
