howl'o'scream
this weekend was awesome. yesterday mary, erica, april, christie, jared, and i all went to busch gardens (howl'o'scream), and we had such a good time! i have some really great friends, even if i dont get to see them all as often as i'd like to, its still way good to finally get to spend quality time with all of them. that place is great! ive only been there 3 times, so its still kinda new to me. the rollercoasters are incredible when its dark, that was soo cool. also, they had some halloween shows and stuff going on. it kind of made me miss the corn maze in walla walla. that place holds some great memories for me. tonight is church, and i dont really feel like going. its so comfortable at my house, and i love to just relax, maybe do a little homework. but i didnt go this morning, so i should definitely go tonight, and maybe i'll have some participators in karaoke afterwards! ;)
i feel so good right now, even though im having trouble at work, and school stresses me out, im happy. i have a lot to be thankful for and i dont want to take it for granted. jared is so good to me. paul, even though he can be tough sometimes, is a great brother overall. i get to go home soon, my most favorite place to be!! im just grateful.
today is my last day of smoking. maybe writing it will hold me accountable. but jared and i decided several days ago that we were going to quit smoking on monday, and i am so serious about it. he's afraid he wont be able to do it, but its all a mind thing. if you want it badly enough, you can quit. just dont give yourself the option to do it. also, being around people who smoke makes it hard, especially since practically everyone i know smokes. but its important to me. i hate the smell and i dont want to die early, or get cancer, and i dont want that for jared either. its just not a healthy lifestyle at all, and its a waste of money. so there are several good reasons to quit.
wow, baili is running back and forth from the backyard, through the window into my room and wearing herself out!! hahah... good! so i can sleep tonight without that lil girl trying to wake me up all night :D
okay now its definitely time to do some homework before church <3
