Yay for good things happening in life! I checked my grades again and they've finally been posted. I got straight A's! Granted, these A's are only four classes and 14 credit hours, but I like getting straight A's. My GPA is only up .03 points to 3.88, but that's .03 points of hard-earned work right there!
I also saw Wolverine tonight. There were lots of explosions and hot men and not a lot of plot. In terms of an X-Men movie, I was a little disappointed but if I turned off my brain and just looked at the pretty men fighting on the screen then it was a great movie. I don't think I'll be buying this to go with my X-Men and X-2 collection.
I also got to wear my new sundress and pretty heels today. There wasn't a reason for it, but I decided to look pretty so I wore that thing all day long. The heels were actually pretty comfortable for Payless shoes. I wasn't miserable as I walked the mall looking for a Mother's Day gift. In addition to pretty dresses, I got to hang out with pretty people after Wolverine and that was very fun. It was a good mix of people and I ended up staying at Applebee's until around 1:00. Yay for good, chill evenings!
