I am tired, cold & my limbs ache.
For quite specific reasons, I'm not looking forward to this week much, but it's just a question of rolling with all the punches...
Still, at least it's Monday, which means I get to shimmy on down to Synthpop, 80's & New Wave at Gossips tonight. Not to mention the GNA gig beforehand. Although I must stay off the Becks long enough to tell Johnny that I can't do the door this Friday... =/
On a happier note, I just found a return flight direct to Berlin for... wait for it... £48 including tax!! Which I guess is enough to put a sufficiant spring in my step regardless of my expected stresses this week. =)
And on top of that, I've decided that I will never tire of DAF. It helps that the video for their most recent single ("Der Sheriff") is possibly their most homoerotic yet, but generally, as formulaic as people may feel they are, they are truly wonderful IMHO. =)
