One day I will have my own copy of Husband and Wife by Clive.
Since it costs just under £300 I might just leave the purchase till I'm rich and famous and make do with the office copy. :)
There should be a fifth edition out soon given that there were some big legal changes last year*. I just hope they don't call it Husband, Wife, Cohabitees and Civil Partners. There's not the same ring to it.
*New legislation has changed the grounds of divorce in Scotland and reduced them from 5 grounds to 4. Desertion has been abolished. The grounds are now the following: adultery, unreasonable behaviour, living apart for a period of one year with your spouse's consent (reduced from 2 years) and living apart from your spouse for two years without consent (reduced from 5 years). New rights were introduced for cohabitees and civil partnerships were introduced.
