After being told it would be three weeks before anyone would come and measure, I got a call and they want to come Monday. Monday's okay, but not the time they want to come, so I have to call them tomorrow.
They also did a major answering machine no no - talked too fast. I had to replay the message 5 times to write the phone number down. I also don't understand the name she gave me.
