New Addition!
Dear Journal and Friends--we have a new addition to the Franklin family: Samuel Christopher, born at 5 p.m. this evening (the 21st). My youngest son's son. Everyone is well and we are going tomorrow to see him--I am very excited!
Classes went well at HOL this term--seemed to have better participation than in some other terms, although there are always a few outstanding students in each term! It's a privilege to explore HP with them! I am adding another course: Potable Potions III--some full-fledged entree recipes/potions for those who have passed PP I and II, or are fifth years or older. I think the potions are very good--we've been eating them for the past couple of months--LOL! I wanted to do soemthing new for the seventh years who will be graduating! I hope some of them can take them.
I watched the OotP DVD again two nights ago--saw a few things I missed the first time around. Sirius is much more "Sympathetic" in the movie than in the book (I think).
