Yamanade
Must say I was quite fascinated with Yamanade (ヤマトナデシコ七変化) being turned into a J-drama, but not for the most common reason... since I'm not a fan of Kamenashi Kazuya *ducks away from flying tomatoes*
I was fascinated because the main characters Kyouhei was created based on Kiyoharu... in fact the manga artist is one huge fan of the guy. Maybe because I'm such a new fan of Kiyoharu, I failed to see the similarity between Kyouhei and Kiyoharu when I first watched the anime... it was until I re-watched SADS' Porno Star PV I saw the connection...

I can see some personality similarities too, but the biggest difference probably lays their attitudes towards attention. Kyouhei complete despises it whenever he is surrounded by women, but Kiyoharu on the other hand, is completely different... I'm sure he would turn all of them to his slave with a snap of his fingers. The man emits too much sexual aura to be healthy, even nowadays... More toned down, but even more deadly <333 But I still prefer to see him being bounded, completely helpless and at the mercy of other males... ^^b I need to stop this particular trail of thoughts.
Based on the first episode, I don't think Kamenashi is doing a bad job... but his dark brown hair does make me wince... but I can't image him as a blond either... In fact, I have only encountered 2 Asian males so far who can dye their hair this colour and still look delicious, 1 is yuki, and the other being Kiyoharu... In fact it has always amazes me how well this colour suits yuki, and makes him surreally beautiful.
On the topic of yuki... has anyone heard about his new goods, a collaboration between acid android × haraKIRI? Details can be found here. So basically a necklace is sold separately, then very month a skull charm will be available for purchase, and it will go on for a year, and at the end, there will be a very special edition one 13th one (why does this arrangement sounds familiar... Monthly VAMPS anyone?) If you are rich enough, you would get a necklace completed with 13 skull, with total price tag of 129,675 yen 13 months later... I don't know what to say... yuki and his outlandish ideas... last time one of his goods was leather apron that was priced more than 20000 yen... ^^bbbb BTW, our beloved drummer wears the necklace in lady size 45cm *sniggers*
