And if one thing in this world trumps magic, it’s money.
I don’t even care that undeserving people like Authelia are wallowing like pigs in diamonds at this very moment. Well, I wouldn’t care if I were rich. I’d never waste my money on stupid things. I’d never let worry gnaw at my sleep and my soul like it’s been doing to Mama for years. I’d never want anything I couldn’t have. Just thinking about it gives me a special feeling of satisfaction. Conjure can’t do that.
