I died and went to Book Heaven (ALA)

I'm currently flying back from D.C., and my plane has wifi, so I've decided to post about how I died and went to Book Heaven, i.e., the 2010 American Library Association (ALA) Annual Conference. I got to sign finished copies of my debut Other for the very first time on Saturday, and lots of fabulous librarians, teachers, bloggers, and other readers

I still remember the "is she crazy?" looks I got at ALA a few years ago as I lugged my load of ARCs around...
