Much Better Now
The allergies seem to have subsided... really annoying when they hit every year - I never had allergies until I moved to Marin and when I leave the area I do feel substantially better. Its a known fact that Marin has almost 2x the level of some cancers and allergies and asthma are abundant...even my dog has developed really severe allergies over te past few years. Although it looks green and healthy I often wonder about the long term health effects of living here.
At any rate - I'm feeling much better and spent a lovely afternoon reading in the sunshine and catching up a gazillion things that were neglected over the past few weeks. I am starting back on a regular exercise schedule and upping my aerobic exercise to give me more energy and help longer term with allergies.
